Highly attractive and uniquely shaped flowers in cream, pink, yellow and lavender appearing in spring. The long spurs of flowers are balanced by the dainty, silvery fern-like foliage.

Full sun or part shade
Sow into trays of Yates Seed Raising Mix. Firm down, water gently and keep moist through germination period. Transplant when large enough to handle.
Choose a sunny or semi-shaded position that is well drained. Add Yates Blood & Bone before planting. Water regularly and apply Yates Thrive Soluble Plant Food regularly for stronger plants. Protect from snails and slugs with Yates Blitzem.
Remove spent flowers to encourage new blooms. In cool climates Aquilegia may be sown in spring and will flower in 12-15 weeks.
